FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
- Cancelled orders are subject to restocking fees.
- We do not offer exchanges due to not stocking items in store
- We reserve the right to substitute brands, colors, and styles to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
- Custom orders are generally readied within 2-7 business days unless an unexpected order volume has occurred. If needed sooner please contact us prior to placing order.
- Pre-orders are processed after the pre-order period ends. Please allow 2-7 business days after this period ends for your item to be readied.
- Bulk orders are generally readied within 2 weeks of order placement. If needed sooner please let us know and we can try to meet your request.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail once declared "Delivered" by the USPS. Here are some tips for locating your missing "Delivered" package
- Contact your mail person and ask if he/she has seen your package.
- Contact your Post Office - The USPS has GPS tracking and will be able to tell exactly where the package was delivered.
- Check with your neighbors to see if they accidentally received your package
- We are open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday from 9am to 5pm barring any inclement weather, holidays, or unforseen circumstances.
- Please call ahead to ensure we are available if coming from a long distance.
- If needing to pick up outside of office hours please call us at 712-378-3565 to arrange.
- We do not have order minimums
- Apparel items are custom made especially for you as orders are placed so we are not able to process returns since we do not stock these items in store. Please ask if you have sizing questions
- Scissor and knife cuts accidentally made in apparel from opening the package are not considered a "damaged" item and are not covered under our return or damaged policies. These items are the responsibility of the customer to replace
- Custom orders are packaged and shipped from Kingsley, Iowa within 2-7 business days unless an unexpected order volume has occurred. If a high order volume has occurred, orders will continue to be shipped in the order they were received.
- Pre-orders are packaged and shipped 2-7 business days after the pre-order period has ended.
- All U.S. orders under $100 ship for a flat rate of $8
- All U.S. orders over $100 receive free shipping
- Once we have shipped an order, we rely on the shipping carrier's tracking information for your item's whereabouts
- KMK Apparel is not responsible for delayed transit times. This is simply out of our control
- We do not ship internationally
- Orders not claimed within 180 days will be forfeited and become KMK Apparel & Design LLC property again. You will no longer have claim to said product(s).
